Fix for a crash in 0.3.0 found by the owner within an hour of the release.

• Opening Settings crashed the app when the microphone level meter opened a second capture engine on a Bluetooth headset that the recorder still held in its 90 s standby: AVFoundation raised an Objective-C exception from the tap installation, which Swift cannot catch. Every tap installation and engine start (the meter's and the recorder's) now runs inside an Objective-C @try (new MicJotObjC target); a refusal shows "The level can't be shown right now" in Settings and dictation is unaffected.
• The self-test opens the meter on the system default input and on every input device before anything else, so a raise there would end the run without DONE and fail the gate.
